Acadia Homes & Neighborhoods Forms Acadia Realty
Posted by: | Comments
With 12 communities all around the Atlanta area, Acadia Homes & Neighborhoods thought it would be easier to have an in-house brokerage firm. The builder is happy to announce the formation of such a brokerage. Headed by Sam Bass, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Acadia Homes & Neighborhoods, the firm will have 13 to 15 Realtors.
Previously, Acadia Homes & Neighborhoods used local brokers for sales. The home builder has great relationships with all of these companies but wanted to bring it all under one roof.
“We found it was really hard to brand ourselves with three different brokers doing marketing for the company,” stated Bass. “The decision to form Acadia Realty will allow us to focus on branding our company, because it gives us the ability to hire a full-time, in-house marketing person.”
The brokerage will allow Acadia the ability to fully train agents about Acadia products and building methods–which provides even better customer service. Prospective buyers will gain an entirely new level of understanding and customer service.
Acadia Homes & Neighborhoods builds Atlanta new homes in 12 communities including Arbor Green in Kennesaw, Bakers Farm in the Chateau Elan area of Braselton, Burnt Hickory Township in Marietta, City Park in Atlanta, Crabapple Crossing and Crabapple Station in North Fulton, Eagles Crest in Acworth, Reece Farms in Powder Springs, Sherwood Park in Smyrna/Vinings, The Preserve at Wylie Bridge Road in Woodstock, The Reserve at City Park in Atlanta and Wellstone at Middle Creek in Cumming.
